University quality policy

The document outlines the organisational measures implemented by the University to guarantee and uphold the quality of processes supporting its Mission, under the University’s Strategic Plan and requirements set forth by the AVA 3 model. This is particularly relevant in the areas of Teaching, PhD programmes, Research, and Social Responsibility.

The promotion of Quality as an organisational tool within the University ensures effective coordination between University Governance, Departments, Schools (including Doctorates), Study Programmes, PhD Programmes, and Administrative Offices. This is achieved through established rules and procedures that facilitate interaction among the stakeholders involved.

University members are encouraged to comply with the principles of Quality Assurance when performing their tasks.
